The Holy Spirit will protect you through the completion of any task He sends you on. In order to succeed, every endeavor for God must be bathed in prayer.  To be effective in ministry and life, God's people must tarry daily. Dr. Hansen relates the importance of having a relationship with the Holy Spirit to do the will of God. If the wicked lead, the people suffer. If the righteous lead, the people are blessed. David made it clear that he was there to defend the God of the armies of Israel, even though Goliath mocked them. Dr. Hansen is sent by God to warn world leaders of the second coming of Jesus Christ. We must replace the wicked leadership with righteous leaders. God has reserved His plagues and judgment for the unrepentant people that won't come under the blood of Jesus.
